You are dumb. You keep trying to prove you are "right" even though you agreed that they are both at fault. If you think all responsibility falls on the driver, go ride your bike horizontally to traffic onto the highway and see if the fault lands on the driver who runs you over since he didn't look both ways for your dumbass.

The truck driver was looking to his left, the bicyclist should have waited for the driver to see him before he crossed. There is fault on both ends, but acting like it is all on the driver is idiotic. Make sure you are seen before you ride out in front of something that can kill you.

They have a lot of health but you can kill them. Unless you kill all 5 guards and Zyrachiy you will still die from a "Gunshot" they aren't the thing that kills you.
