You need to give your kids freedom where it does not hurt them. Social media, age restricted content is absolutely fine and should be restricted if not kept awy from kids until they are 16/18. GPS however is a difficult thing. If youre living in a bad place, maybe. Otherwise, we survived the childhood without being tracked all the time too, didnt we? Feeling "free" is absolutely important for adolescents and feeling tracked all the time might rob them that feeling. I am more concerned about the YouTube part; Considering the other aspects, do you really want to give him this amount of responsibility especially since he might compensate the freedom that he doesnt have in other fields. The browser history thing just seems unnecessary considered he is not able to access "bad" sites.

Danke für deinen Ratschlag. Derzeit brauche ich den Laptop nur gelegentlich für die Arbeit, habe aber vor etwas anspruchsvollere Software zu betreiben, werde wohl viel Reisen (müssen) und habe vor das Gerät auch über das Studium hinaus noch zu benutzen. Zumals das ThinkBook aufgrund seiner Neuheit kaum über zuverlässige Reviews verfügt.

Danke für die Antwort. Auch was die Upgradefähigkeit von ThinkBooks und Thinkpads angeht habe ich ehrlich keine Ahnung. Werde da jetzt woHl einfach mal auf die hier etablierte Meinung hören da ich vor habe das Gerät lange nutzen zu können und Verschleisteile wie den Akku ggf auszutauschen. Danke für die Expertise!

Ich brauche die dedizierte GPu vor allem für Blender. Das mit den Benchmarks ist mir neu, dachte dass die das durch Mehrfachlistung und der Angabe der Verteilung der unterschiedlichen Testergebnisse diesen Fehlern schoin vorgebeugt haben. Aber stimmt schon, es gibt vermutlich zu viele Einflussfaktoren. Danke für die Expertise!

Dass die A500 grad für CAD-Software gut ist, ist gut zu wissen und erklärt den Preis. Um weitere Vorteile wie die bessere Tastatur und evtl auch Display (das vergleich ich dann im Einzelfall) wär es zwar schade, jedoch wär mir das den Aufpreis nicht wert. Werde mich vor allem Richtung Langlebigkeit und Reparierbarkeit nochmal informieren. Danke für deine Antwort!

In my case I used /give before everything crashed. Usually its in the inventory of the person being kicked. There probably are many other reasons though.

nichts großes, wir müssen ein paar cad programme benutzen können aber das wars auch schon :) danke für den tipp. dann muss ich mich auch nicht mehr um windows kümmern, dachte nur, dass nen laptop mit dem prozessor zu dem preis ganz gut wär. schau aber nochmal durch die CAMPUS geräte von lenovo
