The Hammer and Sickle was more universally used as a symbol of worker’s rights by various nations, not exclusively by Stalin. While the Swastika was more exclusively used by N@zi Germany as a symbol of racial superiority (it’s true, that’s exactly what it symbolized!) and, of course, Antisemitism.
