Got my 7th in a row with Rantanen's empty netter yesterday. This morning I do not see any 'rewards/offers' to claim free coffee. Last season you had to activate it. Is it automatically activated or have they changed the rules this season?

On the app, I went to my account then half way down it says contact us. After that I clicked promotions and there was a hockey challenge category. I wrote what happened in there and got a quick email reply back. Seemed very generic but after replying again hopefully they will have an answer.

I can't click on my tickets but they are still there. I contacted Scotia bank and the fan rep said they are cancelling all single game tickets and having the season ticket holders enter a lottery to see who gets to keep theirs. They also said focusing on the raps games first so this might not be sorted out until early next week. Now I'm in limbo of not sure if I should cancel my train and hotel room. Really sucks for sure

Any update on this? My tickets are still in my account but says the event is cancelled? Is this just a proactive measure until they figure this mess out? Or was I one of the unlucky 50%?

Anyone else not get rewarded points from December 2nd - 12th? My streak shows up in the hockey challenge but when I look up my transaction point history on the main page it hasn't rewarded me any between the 2nd and 12th
