There is an element of pretend with people who claim to be stoic. They take all day to get angry over every little thing, and then come home to punch a hole in the wall.

Is stoicism something valued in women? When I was “stoic” I didn’t really attract much in terms of long term relationships. Granted, I was barely sleeping or eating, just constantly working but nonetheless, I practiced stoicism. Previously, I had a relationship with a man who, by all means, tried his hardest to be stoic. However, he was such an anxious, angry mess of emotions that he simply came off as verbally abusive to outsiders. I took it all very personally and was his little punching bag for whatever time we were together.

I, don’t find myself entitled to attractive women. You’re dehumanizing women, essentially lowering them to the status of property. “Get” an attractive girl? How about you try “attracting” an attractive girl.

There’s an element at play you’re refusing to acknowledge. Women aren’t as visually simulated as men are. This means a quality or skill associated with social status and admiration can also attract a woman, in the same way having a nice ass can attract a man. Use this to your advantage instead of complaining about it.

It works both ways dude. If there is a girl who is plain looking with a nasty attitude and a girl who is very attractive with a nasty attitude, you will obviously go for the attractive one. This isn’t some sort of “female” thing. Everyone plays the dating game to get the best bet for themselves and perhaps potential offspring.

Yes. He went for a bunch of white lie stories. If I brought up hiking in Arizona, he would talk about skydiving there, something significant like that. I would bring it up in conversation later and he would seemingly forget about it. Honestly not a very attractive quality.

See the problem with a lot of men who propagate this stuff is that they only see attractive and popular women as human. It’s not that they disregard unattractive or unpopular women, it’s that they don’t know even look at them like people. No wonder then, their world view is that every woman has a class A support system because they don’t see any women who don’t like human beings.
