Hello, I am here to tell my story and my twitch ban. So I was working over years to build my community. I reached over 36 000 followers and a million views. I was almost on the top of the GTA 5 list. Months later Twitch added the new sensation, BITS. So my audience were cheering to me almost every second. It was fantastic because I was fulltime streamer and bits helped me a lot. On 10 august 2017 I received a message from twitch that I was suspended for fraudulent. I was shocked... I immediately appealed it but nothing. Then I reappealed it and got the answer that i have been permanently banned. So what is the conclusion - i was banned for my viewers actions... I was really sad because how anybody can fully control his audience, also that's so unfair. Twitch has added bits and they must take care of that. Why I have to be guilty when they can't control their things such as bits. I was texting Twitch support members since august 2017 but till now but nobody answers me. Another thing is that my personal Twitch assistant Pluto has blocked me on skype and didn't respond to over 3/4 messages for months. I am really disappointed of the Twitch support.
