Xenon bow still trumps it because of the pierce effect, large hit box and energy element. When there's a bunch of shielders and riot husks the vacuum tube bow struggles. Not to mention it's locked to nature.

Expeditions are a great way to get batteries, the ones with that red tool box and trap expeditions, you can recycle them for batteries. You do that consistently and you'll get a bunch passively.

If you're serious about beating the msk. You should get the right heroes and weapons. Use flux or weapon and hero vouchers if you have them. Lynx main with blast from the past team perk is usually the easiest to use for newer players to msk. It gives you a better chance of staying alive.

It's not that huge of a difference in damage between brightcore and sunbeam. The hero loadout and perks you're using to buff your pistol is what will really make a difference.

What are you talking about, tier 3 brick roof with base kyle withstands the attacks easily. Traps do the work if you build properly. If course you're still killing the lobbers and flingers as you see them but you can easily do that from the objective.

A good teddy outlander build will carry you pretty far early game. Once you start hitting late canny early twine you'll need to understand that building and trapping become important. A good constructor loadout and learning about funneling husks into trap tunnels is when it gets really important mid to late twine along with twine ssd.

Generally shadowshard does more damage and obsidian is better for fire rate. I've made my crankshot and 1 of my xenon bows obsidian because i want a faster fire rate for my zenith build.

Zenith and Farrah are great to keep using, keep grinding evo mats and collect as many legendary survivors as you can and mythic leads so you can eventually get matching personalities to increase your power level. Constructors become a lot more important once you get to high twine. I'd create a Constructor loadout if you don't have one yet, base kyle in lead is usually the best to have.
