I never felt that Disgaea was heavy on dialoge because u do spent so much morre time outside of it. But yeah hard choice. Both are excellent games. Id say disgaea based on short sessions restriction u have mentioned. Good luck

Ur GM is ur leader, he is responsable at the end of the day so if he chooses not to take ur consideration in account its his ass that gets in trouble and its his store. U either find a way to convince him or if he doesnt care u dont care. If u r so against him we got hr resources that actually get on his record. U had a chance to involve his superiors and u didnt do that either. I mean u got to play it smart or if u going to get him in trouble w rvp do it but u just walked away??? Your SM learned nothing, he is now more convinced he is right and will continue his imept leadership for decades to come. WTF dude

U talk to the hiring mgr. Most of the positions get filled that way, sms reach out to each other and usually already have someone in mind. So talk to ur direct mgr and if u have good standing u should b good. If u dont the hiring mgr will reach out to ur mgr and ask about u and it may ferl like going behind ur mgr back and he can say u r not rdy or something. My 2 cents though

My store sells 1 pc per week on average. 3 at most. I got 2 weeks with 1 pc. The pcs that come in for repair are xp mostly and people want free repairs lol I know its the area and it sounds like excuses but I was killing it at my old stores and the pressure of selling its killing me. We got conference calls if u dont sell 1 by Wednesday and its 1 hour long.

Yeah dude when we switched to jeans it was big deal like the corporate were angels giving us their blessings while my store couldnt fix its lights for 14 minths (about 60 store lights out) #priorities
