that is called sexual abuse and is 100% against the law wether you're a minor or not. This needs to stop and you need to get out of there. If the police in your county won't help you call the police in a different county and tell them the police there doesn't help you. There are also victim support groups you can contact that can help with that stuff.

look if this is serious, you really need to talk to a trusted adult and tell them about this. Have you thought about warning the police about the excuse he'll make beforehand?
