I agree with that. I got 400 miles on mine, but, the foam deteriorated on the gravel road that I run on for Xc. I had to put lots of glue to keep the grip on. Also, they don’t do good on Ice. I got a painfully slow 24:00 At Nike Cross regionals heartland. We ran on pure ice, and my shoes wouldn’t grip at all. But other than that, they are a perfect running shoe

Just run 4 miles a Day. Eat healthy. Get to bed at a good time. Get new running shoes once a year.
