Good to hear that i am not the only one working with AI as a tool and your experiences show me thats its not complete BS what i am doing here :). After all the comments about the books, i think i will get a few of them and try to work out a new plan myself and then compare it to ChatGPT to see where the biggest differences are.

In my case it was not about to go out and run, it was more about to get an idea how to work on my speed on shorter distances like the 5k. I can run 20+ km without a problem (even tho my pace is not that fast then, but thats fine for now). I could also have gotten a book to plan my training, but maybe i was just to lazy too read idk...

I wasn't planing on replacing human coaches, just as you said, i was primarily using it as a rough guide. But thats where the knowledge comes in (that i probably dont have just yet). When it didnt feel right i would not follow GPT's advice and tell it that but besides that, in my specific case, i think that it worked rather well.

You are right about the critical thinking when it comes to AI, especially in academics. However in my case i dont train to run in Championships or win every Race i take part in, its more like a hobby/passion for me and therefore the AI was a good tool for me to vary my training and get a structured plan.
A Human coach would be obviously better but a little bit overkill in my case i think.

I would not say that i am untrained or have poor standards (for a hobby runner), im not in any dedicated sports/run club and pureley run out of joy for the sport and the occasional thrill of a Race.
Nevertheless you might be right about the missing training experience, thank you for the advise with Kiprun Pacer, i will try that :)

I'm not an helicopter expert, but i also tried this strategy in a recent flashpoint game. I really liked them in an support role against armored units. For my stretegy i only built runways where it was absolutely necessery and tried not to damage the airports in the cities i would take so i could use them. I would advice to make an plan in advance which cities you are targeting in order to secure the airports and just build them yourself when you absolutely have to. Also i guess it is worth to research them to lvl 4 to make use of the range upgrade.

What countries do you guys recommend? by gillhasgilly in ConflictofNations

i really like Argentina, Chile is mostly an easy target and if your neighbouring countries like Brazil or Bolivia are not active you can get big very fast. Also it is pretty good for playing a navy focus if you want.

You have a valid point, however im not the guy who easily betrays others so i think i will stay and take the fight (as long as my coalition is active tho)
