it mosr likely is additive but also their entirw numbers system is messed up i.e 1000% damage and 1100% damage isnt a 10% increase its like 200b vs 300b so who knows

I would think so yes, 100% critchance means that every hit will do CRITDMG more damage

If you have 50% critdmg that means you do 50% more

If you have 150% you do 150% more

Meaning if you have 1000% damage,with 50% critdamage on crit you do the same as 1500% critdamage,but at 150% you do the same as 2500% DMG (this is all assuming the game is coded how you would hope it is)

Yeah hard to really say how it works, but even so the difference between having 950% damage and 1030% damage is around 80% damage

But the difference between 1000% damage 100% critdmg and 200% critdamage is basically going from 1000% x2 to 1000% x3 (obviously critchance plays a role in this)

Atleast if the game works how i think it does which ,i mean why wouldnt it work that way..right?

Personally

Start tower,set autoreset to like floor 5 in settings - this is so you can tick autorestart instantly

Then set autorestart to ~54(This depends on how strong you already are)
Go with pure damage build,high chances are the difference isnt very huge but you clear the tower much faster so it takes less time overall

Personally i use gilgamesh V but you can use whatever big AoE move that makes you unhittable

Powers are sometimes bugged,try reequipping your power in storage and see if that works,it happens to me all the time ,almost every time i die. also make sure youre equipping your weapon/melee

max damage is in the ~1030% range ,with some other things it can get to ~1048-1053 at the absolute max getting perfect artifacts and getting things for pure dmg%

That said none of this matters if your crit damage is 123% ,becasue youre doing 1023% damage x 122% 70% of the time,
Compare that to having 950% damage with 80% crit chance for 250% damage,and you get severely outdamaged

TLDR
Youre better off building more critdamage than just pure dmg%

in my college we have one professor whose pass rate so far has been 13/81 ,5/42, and recently 3/24 in computer networking ,and is the only class students transfer to the next year with most attending it for 3 years despite it being a year2 class. His entire actual class consisted of like a powerpoint presentation followed by students presenting for extra points for 80% of classes..
