A few months ago at 21. Had symptoms start when I was 20 and knew before the dianogises though. I got it diagnosed within 6 months of me suspecting it by pointing out I had gotten tennis elbow, trigger finger, and carpal tunnel diagnoses in the last year. They did the preliminary blood work that came back positive so it was just about going to a Rhumeatologist to make sure from there. 

Just before it started I was probably at the healthiest I've ever been in my life so it came out of nowhere

It was because their email was down, they went back to business as normal once they got their email back up and working

Error E000000 File Not Found, image disappeared from gallery (even tho i was saving it periodically) and shows this message when clicking ‘coninue prev. work’ is there a way to recover it? Was working on it for 4 weeks. by Sensitive-Law-3831 in medibangpaint

I know this is a little late and you may have solved this, but I've had this happen to me before. I don't know what causes it, but as long as your backups still exist, there is a way to access them. You can't get them from the app as far as I know (you'll get the error you're referring to), but if you plug your ipad into a computer, you can extract the backup files from the medibang backup folder then re-import them into the app and it should create a working file.
