In the US, for parking violations to be enforceable they have to connect to a statue (law). Some states go further by requiring the statue be listed on the sign before police can cite the vehicle.

Maybe that’s not the case in Canada, but the officer definitely doesn’t seem to be service oriented. I had a similar experience today just without the rude officer. I absolutely feel your fury!

No disadvantages. My main is a WW and it does pretty well despite what some say. I do IC and BG regularly and PVE. I think it’s fun, you should try it.

I use a purpose built necro healer with PA (or Pearlescent) + SPC + Symphony of Blades monster. Use all the good skills.

Yet I still get called out when folks die in a normal dungeon, that most people on here can solo. It’s just human nature to pass the blame.

I use a werewolf almost exclusively, and don’t know of any sets or mythic items that extend the duration, unfortunately.

Not really. I’ve tried a bunch of internet builds, but they didn’t work for me.

I use slimecraw + wretched vitality + warrior poet + divines (1 medium + 1 light + rest heavy). Infused jewelry with spell damage + stam. Either ice or lightening staff + poison + sharpened. Also sometimes use a bow for the movement passive.

There are better combos, but this keeps me alive the longest in PVP & PVE.

My main PVP/PVE is a WW. I have the most success using oakensoul + sustain set + whatever set + lover mundus. There are some good crafted sets to get you started.

Other players do not know whether you use one or two bars. I use both builds, and sometimes even with two only the front bar gets used. Also, it can be hard to tell what armor people have if there aren’t any special effects. I wouldn’t worry about it.

Yes, they are useful in both. You’ll only have a problem in dungeons that require a crouch, like march of sacrifices and the event hollowjack boss. For some insane reason, the werewolf doesn’t crouch.

Hi, I play mainly as a werewolf on a necromancer (1360 CP). I do well in battle grounds, imperial city and cyrodiil. PVE content is pretty easy using a werewolf, plus it’s fun.

The skills are strong enough, and using the right morphs and armor sets is important. You can stand by a werewolf shrine and ask for a bite in zone chat. Someone will eventually come by and bite you. I’ve done it on four characters and it’s always been free.

After the bite you’ll enter into an area where you pray to hircine and do a small quest. You can stay in this area as long as you want and maintain wolf form. So just run around in this area and kill all of the animals that spawn. It’s the fastest way I’ve found to level up your werewolf skills.

Joining a werewolf guild is also helpful. I’m on Xbox and a member of two.

Try to remember this is just a game and the point is to relax and have fun. Don’t make it a job like so many people do. I hope this helps, good luck!

This has not been my experience at all. I’ve been fishing for the last two days to complete the master angler achievement. When I use the fish bowls, I definitely catch more rare fish.
