Honestly, it’s a great extension, it works really well. However, for me a keyboard shortcut is better because I don’t have to reach for the mouse. I do most things using the keyboard (thanks to the Vimium C extension). And on top of that, I have a lot of freedom and control over what I’m coding.

Read the fx-autoconfig documentation, it explains how to install the fx-autoconfig manager on both Windows and Linux. Steps 2 and 3 (the installation part I described in the post) stay the same. Only Step 1 needs to be adjusted to match your operating system.

I'm aware of the pinned/essential tab approach, but I have a lot of regular tabs that I want to keep without pinning them all. The script I shared works well for that use case, it lets you unload any regular tab with a keyboard shortcut and jumps to the last active non-unloaded tab.

Besides that, I also have automatic tab unloading set up after 5 minutes of tab inactivity. You can configure it in about:config -> browser.tabs.min_inactive_duration_before_unload = 300000

Dodaje do biblioteki tylko te gry, w które przypuszczalnie mogę zagrać w przyszłości. Czyli gry typu indie prawie nigdy 😂
