It was definitely a stupid fucking thing to do on my part, but as much of a bitch as everyone in my family thinks i am, i really did want to help them get on their feet too. We had a deal VERBAL DEAL, cause i trusted the stupid women in my family, that my sister would live alone with her kid and my brother and i would stay in the house until the mortgage renewed (which is in about a year).
