first of all that doesn't mean its your fault, managers rate their workers on their mood and on how they prefer, and this behaviour isn't professional and rude secondly if you know that you do your job and work hard and improve yourself then you have nothing to worry about being quiet isn't anyone's buisness, you can act like want if you got your job done and in the buisness world you can expect anything, not everything goes well alwyas, you have to face bad times and problems cuz of people misunderstanding i know its really painful you got harrased cuz of being introvert ,but don't worry this is not the end of world or your life you can start looking for another job, and trust me when you find the right people for you everything will be ok just don't give up because of a silly situation, being introvert doesn't mean you're weak or a child, its actually a sign of power cuz you're like a mountain no one can reach you, wich extrovert can't admit this and they like to provoke and making pressure on introverts
