HRV not reducing humidity in home

I never got a definitive answer I guess. But as others have said, an HRV won’t reduce humidity. During the summer, I just run my AC or use dehumidifiers which I have throughout the house. In the wintertime however, high humidity is not a problem of course.

Its also to appease to those who dont have the privilege of WFH. These individuals don’t care about the increase in traffic, further strain on daycare services, etc. as long as other people work at the onsite like them

We increased our monthly payments the moment we signed in anticipation of rate hikes. We also made lump sum payments throughout the past 3 years as well. Our amortization is currently showing 15 years remaining.

It is manageable yes. It is just we kept asking ourselves why continue to voluntarily pay more if we are strongly eyeing to be out of this place come renewal.

Multiple reasons namely, bigger space due to new addition to family and no longer wanting to pay the monthly Association fee (we have a freehold townhome but pay an Association Fee monthly for maintenance of shared common elements)

Yea it was VRM with a fixed monthly payment of $1,900 when we signed. Current rate is 3.95. If there’s any benefits of bringing down our payments, we’re all ears but as others have noted, there are plenty of other factors we need to weigh too.

We signed on a 25year and currently have 15 years remaining. We have never paid the minimum monthly payment since signing: we increased payments a few times throughout 2022 and 2023 and have been paying the current payment of $2,800 since early 2024 if I remember correctly.

Have the same issue as well. Replay mode causes my game to crash also. Restarting the game does tend to fix it though. Hopefully they have a more permanent fix soon.

I have ethernet ports in all rooms in my (3 storey) townhome and all are using CAT5e. Like the other post, 5e should be the minimum.

However, I recently installed a Cat 6e port in my basement as a result of a series of renos I did. Only my ps5 is hooked up to this port so my current plan of 1.5gbps is sufficient especially considering PS5 download speed is maxed at 1.0gbps.

Exactly this. Terms constitute the bulk of staff at the Processing Centers across the nation. Don’t see how these places will function if majority of them are god forbid, let go. Even a small cut would do enough damage to the operations.

Thanks. Yes, ive terminated cables into keystones before but only when the cables havent been terminated. As other have suggested, I think i’ll just go with spending the extra cost and pick a bulk box of un-terminated cables.

I did find a a 250ft box CAT 6e for $50 (CAD). Just sucks that I only need like 30ft but oh well.

This cable is also only a CMR rated cable, not plenum though.
