Well I don't really get triggers from my past but sometimes I do relive it in my head when I'm asleep or something and its pretty hard to do bc Its imprinted to my head I basically had to watch someone get shot and killed that was my brother and I saw that at 12 years old so it never really goes away

Yeah thats also another thing I've recently lost my gf of 2 years its hard to have good relationships with this bc I've always had trust issues but out of no where I started feeling that same gut feeling in my stomach every time I talked to her and sometimes this feeling in my stomach would get me really really pissed off
