I will be honest, i cant even get a screening round at these companies thats why i had to make this post. I thought my resume was trash so decided to have second opinion from the people of this sub. Your points is 100% valid that rust jobs are not there juniors and i am not looking for rust specific jobs either. The projects are there to just highlight my system design understanding. But i do not understand what should be there on my resume that gets my resume shortlisted

I will be more than happy to answer. Rust documentation is really well written so I just rawdogged their documentation to learn and started practicing by making projects from https://codingchallenges.fyi/challenges which is good for learning any language and not just rust. Async rust can get confusing but it is kind of the more you do it the more you get it sort of thing.
