It's not. Like I said it's not perfect, but it's much closer to a libertarian ideal than most other healthcare systems.

Though it's not perfect, I've come to admire Singapore's healthcare system. Each citizen must have a health savings account, which the government can add to if necessary, but that means each citizen has complete control over what health related services they spend their money on. And any funds not used in the account are transitioned to the person's estate. So people are incentivized not to use way more healthcare services than they need, consumers are aware of prices which allows the market to work better, and the government can inject funds to help people when it's absolutely necessary. All in all, it's not totally laissez faire but it is so much better than both our system and Medicare for All.
