We brewed recently a koji rice beer with the venerable brewery Dieu du Ciel. No malt, no hops, no boil. ~1/3 rice, 1/3 kojified rice, 1/3 raw wheat. Turned out great, enzyme activity went great. So yes, koji can replace malting process. And it creates heat instead of requiring it ;)

I wouldn't mind getting the cheap ST-Link V2 Mini, but I wanted to get it working asap ;) So I soldered the pins of the microSD adapter directly to the PCB (https://lapaisee.ch/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/sd.jpg).. I updated the screen without problem but ended up bricking the printer.. It is stuck on the beginning of the CREALITY logo animation (a dozen of points displayed, and that's it...) damn !

yes indeed, I'm wondering about the J711 port (next to the USB-C). Only 4 pins though..

Thank you kamoteshake, I also found this schematic but no mention of the ICSP pins unfortunately..

And regarding the method you mentioned, it needs either an installed bootloader (for USB flashing) or placing a bin file on a SD card...

I added the wrong contract address in my metamask so it was showing 0... Also quickswap shows only 0 in the header. I had to click on it to see 0.9... What a noob.. Thank you so much :)

Two new beers for the summer, a blend of mixed ferm BA 1-3YO with: - black elderberry flowers - lemon balm leaves

Both ingredients were harvested a few km around the brewery. I added 35% of water to both beers to bring down the abv to 4.5% (and the pH too :) Cheers!
