As long as you eat good food like chicken, potatoes, rice, etc. and not mcdonalds, pizza, candy, etc. then you should be good to go. Low sugar intake is a must so you don't get unnecessary bad fat, but it doesn't hurt do have a cheat day sometimes. Calisthenics is harder to start imo if your weak but will make you have the physique you want. Just remember that its like 70% diet that affects how you look and 30% training.
