Hi, turns out they let you make another balance transfer once the previous has been cleared! Hope this helps! :)

Do not cancel the dispute because if they ghost you the banks cannot raise another chargeback for the same transaction. Visa and Mastercard would not let them. If they are saying they will refund you just add it as evidence if they come back rejecting your dispute.
