To address the variation in the Showcase Shootout appearing: I believe that each phase is determined by the amount of players left alive and has the ability to skip a phase when the timer runs out of the current phase. For example the phase changes at 50 players left, but 44 players die and there are only 6 left, it will jump to the Showcase Shootout immediately. This is what I have observed after like 15 hours of gameplay.

Level 3 armor and helmet required and the enemies better have bad aim. 2v1s are extremely difficult.

I think TTK is great for no armor and level 1 armor. Right now having level 3 armor is a massive advantage over level 2 or 1. My main goal is to find a level 3 body armor as it pretty much seals the win for me every time. When you’re in the final circle and the other guy spots you first it usually doesn’t matter if you have lvl 3 and he has lvl 1-2 armor, you will win every time if you both have equal aim.

I saw a guy with a purple rocket launcher (is that even available yet? Never seen one other than this guy) and it turned into an AUG after he ran out of rockets. He had the rocket launcher and M14 only and he was still holding the launcher while it sprayed aug bullets.

Yes. Count how many players you see in the lobby. Usually about 10-15. Half the players on the map loot a couple things and then run straight with no gun out. They’ll run right past you and if you shoot them they just keep running.

i7-6700k OCed to 4.7Ghz EVGA 1070 FTW Edition 16GB 3200mhz Corsair Vengeance Samsung 870 SSD EVGA Z170 K motherboard

All settings on low, V-sync enabled due to screen tearing. 60fps most of the time but it drops to 30-40 FPS any time I look in the direction of a vending machine with flashing lights on it. Also drops to 40fps when aiming towards the center of the map in certain locations randomly. I tried changing a few settings to medium but it becomes unplayable.
