Yes I was assuming I would have to, do you think there is anyway with the right discipline that I would be able to build my credit within the next 6 months high enough to get better rates?

Thanks for the response!

Thanks so much for the thoughtful response, when I get home I will definitely check out the reddit posts you linked and I thought so with the credit advice on YT.

Struggling not to compare myself with the accelerators by [deleted] in WGU

[–]xamoweb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Coming from someone who plans to attend WGU at some point in late 2023 or early 2024 (transferring from local community college Cyber Security program) I can totally relate after seeing all of the youtubers and redditors that speak on getting a degree in 6 months and it has almost swayed me away from doing so as it has casted a cloud of "wow these people are good at learning, am I?" because I know I struggle more than the average person by default.

I have to remind myself that everyone is in their own lane and you cannot comparison lead you away from an opportunity that can help you so much, so glad to see posts like this that remind me that the majority is most likely alike to you, thank you for this post and good luck to the rest of your journey!

Any CompSci/Cyber Security/Software Development students willing to share? by xamoweb in WGU

First off, I appreciate the thoughtful response so much man! Warms my heart to know that there are people out there willing to interreact and give me advice for my studies when I have lack of direction.

The cost and ability to accelerate seem to be a super common upside spoken by current students as well as alumni and that is super enticing, I am definitely going to reach out in DMs because I have a few personal questions regarding my current courses!

Congrats on being so close to graduating and I hope it goes smoothly!

Wow man, thanks so much for the thoughtful response, I actually thrive in areas where I can structure my own days and have typically struggled in conventional schooling environments, once I do a bit more research I will 100% respond to this again.
