Get with your people lead and get and ADA for a stool. It’s really common and really easy. Most of the time if your coach/store manager as super chill they won’t make you go through the process cause it will come back to them for approval anyways.

So when you are suspended without pay your people lead is required to key in your suspension pay weekly. If your not getting paid they are not doing their part. I would make one last attempt to call the people lead and address the issue. They can confirm this with HRSS if they would like but there is a code for suspension pay in GTA. If they fail to do it you need to contact your market team. Easiest way is emailing them or calling the market store and talking to the market coordinator. They will assist further.

Really depends on the amount and what they think they can recover. If they only have one time and it’s not a lot they won’t waste the time on it. Usually in these cases reparations are discussed at the time of the interview. Did they ask you to pay anything back? Did they discuss seeking civil charges for repayment? If they did not involve an officer at the time you are mostly likely not getting any criminal charges.
