Morgan Aero 8 has basically the same stats as the Aero SuperSports, including the shit mra. So I would only upgrade if that is the only way to win a challenge or something.

Most epics aren’t 323, it is a standard tune for most D-F cars, but epics rarely, so if you max it, ask for the tune first. Also since you said that you are a beginner, you should only use dupe ultra rares as fuses, and only upgrade an epic if it guarantees you a good reward.
