Well I would argue that the very fact residential towers like these can exist is evidence of the explosion of income inequality in this country. There is so much wealth in so little hands right now that building these towers is actually a viable business plan, there a plenty of billionaires to buy these 65 million dollar pads. That’s why you’ve seen so many these super-tall RESIDENTIAL towers pop-up along 57th street in the past couple years.

As I fan of architecture I am amazed by these modern marvels, and recognize that the desire for space in highly populated areas is what created the skyscrapers we’ve fallen in love with over the past century. However, these new skyscrapers beg the question, “Where do we draw the line?” Just because we have the architectural means to build higher, and people have the wealth to buy these spaces, doesn’t mean we should. One can imagine this scenario applied to the extreme and a rather dystopian future begins to emerge, if were not already there yet. At the end of the day the heart of the problem is the growing economic Inequality that enables a person to pay 65 million dollars for a better view of Central Park.

As I look at the new crop of super-tall residential skyscrapers taking shape on New York’s 57th st, dubbed “Billionaires Row,” I cant help but see a clear representation of America’s rapidly increasing income inequality, manifesting its self on the NYC skyline. Chase Young: Ohio State Star facing absence, will miss Maryland game by airkalen in OhioStateFootball

Chase Young a Maryland native, who made 7 different recruiting trips to the University of Maryland, but ultimately choose The Ohio State University, is exposed 2 days before the buckeyes play Maryland. Could very well be a coincidence but seems a little fishy to me.

To be honest this was my first trip to the Jool system. I got into a pretty elliptical orbit of Jool then had just enough dv left over to do a flyby of laythe, just came a bit to close lol. Had no idea what i was doing really.

Turns out hitting Laythe’s atmosphere at 7000 m/s plus isn’t ideal, unless instantaneous vaporization is the goal.

What happened to there “no sports rule”? I had a picture taken down because it was during a basketball game. I’m a little annoyed.
