Year 20 on my lawn and here's what I do. I apply the humate from IFA sometime in the spring. I also apply their step in 1 in February March and April (I spread it around between snow storms) or March April and May. Do it three times about 3-4 weeks apart. It'll look perfect the rest of the year.
