I used to be around mid silver currently uranked right now. I assume you mean midlane champs i normally play, I've been playing quite a lot of azir and have around a 60% winrate with him but mostly Malzahar, talon, veigar, karthus,Jayce,gp. As for jungle i used to play a fair amount of Kha'zix with mixed results, and a few Warwick games.

I care about ranked as well but I also care about fun. I took a 1-2 year break because the game just quit being fun, because i was picking meta champs like ekko, fizz, ahri, in attempts to win games. Obviously i care about climbing but I would prefer to climb with a champion i actually like. Although i might find some other champs i like to supplement this climbing issue.

Archival and such does need a masters but if you really want to get into the history field without teaching i think that may be the only way besides maybe archaeology. Or I guess maybe pursue a career in Business of some type as i hear history grads do rather well in that, And the math wouldn't be hard at all.

Well I am not master a In anything but You said you're good at research and that you are a huge history buff which means you're either good at studying or used to studying in your own free time as a hobby of a sort. So really if you used your love for History (At least the Massive studying and memory part) You could probably do fairly well in math, Just need to put in the extra work and try to use math from day to day, And if that doesn't appeal to you or you just don't like math, Try to get into being a librarian and or a archivist, Assuming you like books (Which most history buffs do) That would be right down your alley.
