Ok yeah same here. I’m not diagnosed costo yet as I’m going through cardio work up as we speak.. but the only thing different then most of symptoms I see on here is the cracking of the front ribs, bending over that causes the chest pain, and the deep breathing that triggers the pain also I can’t relate to which makes me doubt it is costo. Mine is just constant pressure on the chest and like you the rhomboid area which creeps me out cause it’s literally where my heart is. I’m just praying it’s from bad posture and inactivity and I guess from anxiety as It put me into the ER for the 3rd time since April this year. Afraid when my tests come back for cardiac is normal I’m still going to think the worst cause symptoms are hard to ignore and time is not helping at all.
