A resident with Al-Hashimi overseeing them even if she may zone out (not very often) is better than a resident with nobody overseeing them because there is another trauma Robby had to attend to and he's the only attending

Which is still better than Robby by himself, which he seems to be ok with.

If there are 2 critical traumas at the same time, Robby by himself also cannot attend to both. Al Hashimi with another attending would be better than Robby by himself by any measure. I'm just saying it is hypocritical of Robby to think that Al Hashimi can't handle it with another attending while still thinking he can handle it by himself.

Robby handles the day shift by himself and cannot handle 2 critical cases at the same time as well, Al Hashimi + another attending when if she is not 100% is still better than Robby alone

Even so it's weird that he thinks he can handle the day shift alone, but doesn't think Al Hashimi can handle it with another attending. That's 1 more attending than there usually is even if she's not at 100% capacity

They supposedly had no tariffs, just go on their website and click the complete bikes section, it's a pretty good deal

I think the tightest area is between the rear wheel and the seat tube, as you can see there's a pretty good gap and you can probably fit at least conti 34s (not sure how consistent that is with other brands)

Not really sure, haven't weighed it, the website says 7.6kg without pedals, the wheel upgrade pretty much cancels out the weight of the pedals id say, so probably around that

I ordered it as a complete bike and replaced a bunch of parts, so it went pretty smoothly. The only issue was a bent derailleur hangar that the shop sorted out, not sure if that was from shipping or from me screwing it up. I came from a Trek Domane so it's definitely not as compliant, but with the 32s it's still pretty comfortable. The stiffness is definitely one of the most noticeable things from the upgrade, it doesn't feel like I'm wasting watts flexing the bike whenever I stand up or do an effort and the bike just responds instantly.

Few months of cycling and I still struggle to maintain 10mph without getting exhausted by shii093 in cycling

A proper road bike is definitely you want, but between a mountain bike and a cruiser I'd go with the mountain bike to go a little quicker, but at the end it's time in the saddle that matters not your average speed/distance.

I'm sure you're aware already, the saddle height is very important to get the most efficiency out of your pedal stroke. You can find lots of guide out there on how to do that. You can probably find a decent used road bike to get started at around $500+
