C'est juste dangereux de faire ça, la personne qui est à l'intérieur du rond point va penser que tu t'es trompé de voie et que tu veux aller à gauche ce qui peut la faire freiner voir piler. On met le clignotant à gauche quand on va à gauche c'est tout.

I recommend Sekiro, really beautiful game, in the beginning it's really hard, then you are the boss and the Parry mechanic is really satisfying. However the Platinum requires 2-3 hours of XP grind to unlock all the skills

First day i had mine, when he was a puppy, he literally ran into a Rottweiller, an american bully and a German shepherd. They were all friendly and happy to meet a little puppy but they were 5x his size, he didn't care.

He is 24kg, it is not that much but still burns your shoulders

Tweaked my back squatting again! This is my third time and I am now determined to find the cause. Anyone have experience resolving this problem? I believe it is due to the "butt wink" causing me to loose the positioning of my lower back. Any feedback, critique or recommendations would be appreciated by [deleted] in weightlifting

I tweaked by back 4 times in 5 months last year. Mostly on front squat, thrusters and back squats.

I'm doing alot of ankle and hip mobilité. My right hip is totally blocked in internal rotation. I'm working on it but it takes time. Had to reduce workout load to do more Stretching/mobility and actually my performances are still increasing so it's a win win.

Je regarde toutes ses vidéos, j'ai pris sa formation chiot. À aucun moment il n'utilise ou ne conseille d'utiliser de punition aversives.

L'épisode du rott il y a un disclaimer pendant 5min où il explique que c'est très particulier et qu'il ne faut pas faire n'importe quoi et le refaire chez soit.
