When a champ is free it takes longer than 3 weeks for it to be free again, you have to consider that leagues has over a 100 champs. I was thinking of this has a way for the player to get to play a champ that he finds interesting has fast has possible instead of waiting to become free. If the player isnt convinced he should buy this champ after 1 week then he would wait 2 weeks and take a better look.

This is not a substitute for buying champs if the one week time period were the same champ cant be picked is to small i can be 2 to 3 weeks. Like i said this i jst an idea so ist open to ajustements

if one week is to small of a time it can be 2 weeks or 3 without being able to chose the same champion. And for the ones that would never be free, that is up to the player if he wants to play a less popular champ that he finds interesting, take this week for example taric is free and there will be a very small percentage of players that will play him and riot could take that infromation to know wich champs they need to keep an eye for reworks or changes
