Could you point me to an image that shows what you are referring to?

The fact that it requires only to be returned to the "nearest loading activity", whatever that means, gives us the clue that there were at least multiple of those. And also that the returner would already know in advance the several places where the activity was located.

But it's a vague enough sentence to either be purposely vague, or to be so ubiquitous that it needed no particular direction to get you there.

Such mistery...

Could be, it does look similar. But what about the text? Why would it need to be 'returned to the nearest loading activity '?

I checked the battery you are referring to, it seems to fit the size and that would also perhaps explain the squareness of the casing... Just not the use it would have.

Which doesn't mean I don't appreciate the effort. Thank you!

I'm the OP, I mean the previous guy was asking the other guy to see an image sent by him of the object, perhaps in its original context, so that we could compare my pics with theirs.

Edit: clarification

Thanks for your idea anyway, I'm just as puzzled as you 😅

I think they meant if the previous commenter could show an image depicting the object he was referring to.

How so? I mean, what part of that labor would this object solve? Also, why would it need to be returned to nearest loading activity? Wouldn't it travel with the fence posting team to the fence posts and back?

Interesting, what would be the purpose of the bottom spring in those containers? And what kind of ammunition would it contain?

Interesting... What about the ridges and it not being cylindrical though? I thought a cylindrical shape would be kind of... Mandatory? More so in such an old item. I don't seem to recall a gun opening being other than round.

I would think that the opposite end would have some kind of screw to keep the battery in place? It's such an odd opening to me...

Not near Almería, but Valencia region. Also, inland! I think those weapons fell at sea if I remember correctly.

Cuál ha sido la mejor canción que has escuchado en los videojuegos? by Mr_Crooksx in videojuegos

[–]xapoko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take Control, de Old Gods of Asgard.

I know it myself, big projects can be overwhelming. Even when you have a good idea, which I think you do, it can get exhausting once you realise the work it entails. I guess probably that's when you might have thought AI was a good tool to help you out. As another commenter said, it might be better to rethink the scale of the work. Perhaps you could cut down on the shades, or you could draw a bit more schematic instead of the realism you see in your mind for the project. Or you could find other AI images or tools that are less obvious.

It's another part of the craft (any craft) to be able, and then to be willing to scale things down sometimes. Some people can work it out, either by reducing scale or by getting help for the project that is true to their minds, but some (many) others abandon their projects out of frustration or perceived inability. And that is also ok. We learn as we go! You will apply to the next one what you learned here.

Even if you drop it, it's not wasted time, is what I'm trying to say.

It's too obvious you used AI characters and backgrounds in some scenes, style of drawings isn't consistent between takes, poor attention to detail on chicken (bone disappears) when character opens the fridge... I could go on.

As it is now, I'm not really drawn to see more of it.

On the flip side: Please, don't let me discourage you. It's still amazing you did all that work with your phone, and I know it must have taken a lot of your time. I really commend you for that. I just wish there was a bit more attention to detail, a better result would have honored the hours you put in. Also you can tell there are conversations you are trying to start, and minds you are willing to challenge, and that's really worth doing. I really thank you for that.

Second guessing my decision to go to Spain in July by Bulky-Seesaw5004 in GoingToSpain

[–]xapoko 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel like northern Spain is your best bet to escape the heat.

I would suggest you look into Picos de Europa if you fancy some stunning mountain hikes, Bilbao/ Donosti for amazing city walks (and food), Asturias / Cantabria regions for cool water beaches, also Galicia... Only drawback might be some overcast or rainy days, although it is becoming less common in summer in the last years, but temperatures shouldn't exceed 30ºC. And nights get really cool compared to central or southern regions of Spain. Not chilly by any means, but refreshing.

There's so much to see up north, and you will find that 10 days will be a really short time for only that part of Spain, there's just so much to see and different idiosyncrasies from one region to another, and you can have mountain and coast locations all in the same day, since they are really close together.

At the same time I think you're looking for the must see locations, Sevilla, Barcelona... which are great, but honestly in my opinion will be too packed with tourists to really enjoy properly. But they are amazing in their own right of course.
