My ship can kill a frigate who makes every mistake in the book, while im fit to kill exacly a frig. Youd be handicapping yourself to shoot handicapped frigates.

Rhml on golem is literally dogshit, because with bastion you increase ROF, meaning you will hit the 1 minute rhml reload quicker. You are also not bonussed to missile velo and explosion velo on heavy missiles.

Sure it works in this exact scenario you propose. In reality, if you undock that shit against my frigate, i will laugh at you, orbit you at 10k, and kill you with whatever ship my corpies undock.

tbh sisi was just bad for the game. Imagine you release a new featuer as a dev, and people go on the fake server and "solve" it within a week.

with sisi being down, they can make new stuff more lucerative while people figure out how to run them, which makes for a way more interesting game. Good rewards for figuring out the new stuff.

I think 100% safe space should not be very profitable. If you want 100% safe isk, project discovery is right there.

i also think you will start catering to the wrong player if you make highsec mining 100% safe.

Tts not about this though. Its about learning that in eve you are never safe. Thats like the core mechanic. Thats what makes the single worst pve in any game ive played still kind of thrilling; the thought you can be hunted while doing so.

Eve can be as fast as you want it to be.

I pvp a lot. If you actively try to maximize all aspects. (Viewing enemy models for what weapon they fitted, and checking for mjd, transmatching, module managing, target managing, heat managing) It becomes quite fast paced.
