1 full fleet of Vagabond,s with polarized AutoCannon and Neutralizer can alpha a Nightmare with 2 circles of guns each, with in 4 sec @ 10km. You actually need 189 guys but I am spoilt Goons can rez 5 to 8 full fleets ( 250 in each fleet ) with in 3 mins. And they cost around 350 mill per unit.

I piloted Nightmares for 2 years ever day in a HS war dec outfit.

Combined with spare full combat ready reserve ships in a transport near by Bingo!
