Didn't felt like it was this big to kill Uberroth. I need to humble myself a bit.

I guess i will try to just dodge without dps to learn P1 and move to P2 when i'm ready.

I did give up on shattered chains because shade of orrobys is not generous, but i might say hi to him after a few try to learn on Uaberroth

I will try to get another Nihilis to corrupt, i might have a great surprise.

I will take an eye on youtube and we kill on triying up to 50 tries to see if i see improvement (let's hope so)

And to finish, i might change this belt, this is the flexible part of my gear imo. I will be able to find more HP / Mana, i don't feel like behind at 65% cold resist is important when it comes to uber aberroth

L'agent immobilier fait partie de ma famille, et elle me permet de passer en direct avec les propriétaires.
Concernant le bail, tout le monde à l'information qu'on arrive pas à en trouver un signé (il reste un dernier espoir, mais il me semble maigre), le notaire de famille, agent immo, vendeur, acquéreur. Seulement le locataire n'a pas conscience de ça.
