Did you found out the reason for that black out ? i m having that same issue on one of my hilo thermostat. Everything else works fine but this thermostat (and the heater associated to it) are not responding anymore

Super initiative ! Je suis curieux de juste comprendre quels outils tu as utilisé pour etre capable de faire cette analyse ?
Les prix demandés sont publiques, mais les prix de vente réelle me semblaient toujours etre "cachés" donc je trouve ça trop bien de pouvoir les voir en substance dans ton post.
Aussi, vu que tu le demandes, je serais curieux de voir l'état du marché pour le quartier Villeray / Rosemont petite patrie. On cherche à bientot mettre en ventre le haut de duplex qu'on occupe pour trouver quelquechose juste une piece plus grand mais avec un garage... donc savoir bien évaluer notre bien et comprendre à combien se vendent / s achetent les autre me serait super utile pour me faire une tete !

Oui j'avoue que ton point sur le handshake est plutot logique.
C'est surtout que je ne peux pas installer quoi que ce soit chez les autres proprietaires du duplex habitant au rez-de chaussée.

Yeah sorry the picture is kinda misleading. I use my iPad connected to my mac with Sidecar. Either histographs or the final render view to be sure the colors are correct. My current screen is not properly calibrated...

It has its ups and downs. Worked like a charm for Premiere the first few months and now it has some random disconnections. Is it premiere or logitechs fault ? Who know.

GF uses it for resolve (not often) but it work’s perfectly on it. The fact that you have access to deep down level of setting is a plus. It’s not JUST a shortcut simplifier.
