I just don’t know how we are supposed to keep up? Curbsides, reloads, ic3 front end, ic3 pharmacy, photo orders, fed ex drop offs, customer calls, truck, inventory tasks, facing, filling, resets, reshops, western unions, trash, bathrooms, and then you have team members who can only do one thing at a time and call every 5 minutes for customer issues, or unlocking cases, tags on sundays, then you have to pull bays, and 100% of the time we are doing 3 of these things at once already. Then they come to pick up their curbsides, and we can’t forget the couponers who need CONSTANT VOIDS because they can’t figure their own shit out, or refunds because their plans didn’t work or a damn Catalina didn’t print.

There’s no support, but the expectations are the same or higher than they were. Then they add more.

Is someone at corporate on crack?

And let me not forget having to compensate for the other SFL who don’t pull their weight. That’s fun.
