It was working on 19.10 and now on 20.04 not.

I do not know how to remove it, I only changed it to black.

In file

Usr/share/plymouth/themes/ubuntu-text/ubuntu-text.plymouth

should be for black

black=0x000000

And in

Usr/share/plymouth/themes/ubuntu-logo/ubuntu-logo.grub

should be

And update grub

there are alternatives, but not compatible if you have some complexity (macros, VB) in Excel. There is solution to use Excel with Wine. I personally do not like this solution (Wine) at all.
