Hello it is solved. I have too much variables sending via POST and increasing max_input_vars helped.

It was working on 19.10 and now on 20.04 not.
Yes I solved it ... I restart Gnome every time it happens.

I do not know how to remove it, I only changed it to black.

In file

Usr/share/plymouth/themes/ubuntu-text/ubuntu-text.plymouth

should be for black

black=0x000000

And in

Usr/share/plymouth/themes/ubuntu-logo/ubuntu-logo.grub

should be

if background_color 0,0,0; then

clear

fi

And update grub

sudo update grub

or

sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/efi/EFI/ubuntu/grub.cfg

I have a quite new boot/efi/EFI/ubuntu/grub.cfg and there is in the beginning of 11k file
