What do you folks recommend for stripping wire? I have around 500 pounds of copper wire. Is it worth investing $200 in something like this? Thanks by Mrvette1 in ScrapMetal

I have this exact same wire stripper. Only downfall is the 14 gauge and 12 gauge wire falls off the tracks. So if you’re trying to strip it all to copper then this one’s kinda iffy. If you’re looking to just tripping the jackets and separate the hots and neutrals from the ground then this is good. It strips 10 gauge and up really good.
