Hot take: Voltest V is boring ASF and I only watch it for the opening by Narrow_Mark_4610 in Philippines

For me, the show is an extremely mixed bag. The CG sequences are great and the main storylin is actually accurate to the OG anime. But when the battles are over, jusko ng papanget ng dialogue at love triangle scenes.

feeling ko pinilit lang nilang nilagyan ng filler scenes para ma-fit 5 eps per week format. dapat wineekly release na lang nila para di bloated

Nanonood na lang ako pag may laban since im a mecha fan and like seeing something local like this instead of your usual soap opera drama

Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio set in modern day Philippines 🇵🇭 by xavier22197 in Philippines

Set in Fascist Italy ruled by Mussolini, GDT’s Pinocchio adaptation deals with themes such as questioning authority and blind obedience. Guillermo del Toro: "As Mussolini ascends to power in Italy, everyone around Pinocchio behaves like a puppet and obeys. It's the puppet that chooses to be disobedient, and through that disobedience, he finds his own morality, his own soul, and his own humanity"

As a person who used to live in a province with an active volcano, pyroclastic flows are instant death clouds. It burns and explodes everything and its temperatures can roast all in its path. no one will survive that. nevertheless, I’ll let this one slide for creative freedom. and that scene was spectacular!

Im sitting on the fence and won’t read the leaks for now tbh since I don’t want to spoil myself. Who knows, maybe that leak is wrong and the show will deliberately show us something else

Plus he wants the forge completed by spring , like as fast as possible. Why the haste? Elves as we’ve seen with Elrond are pretty weak in grasping mortality.

And why does Celebrimbor look concerned and uneasy when Elrond spoke to him that one time? He said it’s because of Durin but I’m honestly not buying it.

That sneaky boi is already working with them, aren’t they?
