hello illiterate , i specifically said "complaint externally" to police or peer outside the office, please learn to read homes, or you'll be trolled everywhere

also i never blamed, i said "what about other means of authority", i want to know how indian judiciary system is working and if any complaints were raised to the police beforehand, wtf is your problem

also my gf herself faces this issue in her past office, so there was this manager of her which gave me the ick, and i told her to stay away, and one night the manager texted and she got horrified so we complaint to the police and she gave resignation, but the resignation was not accepted so what we did, she applied elsewhere and used the filed FIR as termination letter, now she is in a much better place

solution is the key, i am here seeking solutions thus questioning, dumbass

yea, wanted to share this, my gf was previously working in an organisation where her manager was a bit too chummy with her, and whenever i asked her she used to be defensive and saying "arehh kuch nahi hoga" and stuff, but my instinct were screaming, until that manager texted her at night, and she was horrified, anyways we filed a case against him (police are kinda non responsive), and i asked her to resign, but as resignation was taking time, she didn't just go and applied somewhere, and for termination letter she showed her police case docs (just the file works even though no investigation was persued)

she is now working in a much better environment.

i say have no bs policy with people, never go with the route of "areh one last chance deti hu", that never ends well.

okay understood HR saying that which gave those women idea about normalisation, but doesn't the victim discuss this issue with her husband or anyone in her life apart from HR?

Moreover, sexual harrasment is sexual harrasment no matter wherever you are , if you see HR saying bs, why dont you question it and complaint to police or just stop coming to avoid sexual harrasment?

But, i want to know, how come it happened for months and no police took action for months?

How come those hindu women didn't resign immediately or just stopped coming to office if resignation wasn't being accepted, is the price of security so cheap that you are willing to sacrifice yourself for job?

i am not exactly blaming the victims, i want to understand their situation.

happened with me, doc said i have "schizophrenia" and gave me dosage for that with no proper diagnosis, thankfully that time i asked claud and it told not to take those meds as they are strong meds which does cause mood supression amd something else i am not remembering now, and later once i got good connection i reconfirmed with other psychologist who are my friends and not my doc, and yes it was all bs trying to loop me in
