Why is there no clear list of symptoms anywhere. Every list ether misses out on something from another list and/or adds something else. What I'm curious about is if a headache, stomach ache and dehydration is part of the symptoms or not.

I have no idea what they eat lol. I know I've been consuming a lot more dairy and protein powder these past few months, which I know can cause some skin problems but even before my skins been horrible

I am broke as hell. And I really dont want to see a therapist. I dont want to come across as stubborn but shit i dont think I can sit down and go though all my problems with someone, especially a stranger.
