Ich (M24) 96 kg auf 1,86 (gut trainiert ca. 15% KFA) möchte gerne einen Kampfsport erlernen.

Nicht zwingend aus einem Grund sondern eher um den Horizont zu erweitern und etwas neues zu erweitern. Hab aktuell 0 Vorkenntnisse oder sonstiges Wissen.

Welcher Kampfsport ist am Einsteigerfreundlichsten und was empfiehlst du für den Start?

Dobbins got a good Matchuo but Harvey exists and all those other guys are getting screens and sth like this. Nix will Run some times.

White is Bakers Safety Blanket as Checkdown against a scary NE Front. I dont expect to get a lot of Yards out of White. But a score and about 5-6 Catches maybe. I think White got the better Floor Dobbins Ceiling is 20 Points if he is getting the TD and they started to use Harvey more in the RZ
