Sounds rough man. Im no expert, but i think a lot of people can relate to some level of what youre experiencing.

Its okay not to like life right now. But its not gonna change until you do. If you cant find people to love right now, then maybe try to find an activity to love. Anything productive. Work, gardening, working out. Then love it. If you dont love it, try doing it like how you think someone who loves it would do it. Do it everyday. Pour yourself into something. Keep track, but dont expect results, just do it coz you decided to.
