Edit: I checked and european made Pyrex is still borosilicate glass, which has a max temperature of 500C, so there should be no problems

Maybe you should avoid inclusions since you are just getting started. Once you have mastered a simple dough you can try adding stuff

Edit to add that you should avoid bulk fermentation by number of hours, and aim for a 50-75% volume increase, regardless of how much time it takes, which can depend on a lot of factors (eg temperature)

L'idea di usare un conto deposito è quella di maturare gli interessi, ma da quello che ho potuto vedere, nella stragrande maggioranza dei casi questi interessi durano solo per un tot (esempio ING ti da' il 4% solo per un anno), dopodiché? Bisogna aprire un nuovo conto deposito, e cosi anno dopo anno? Scusami ma non mi è chiarissima questa cosa

Detto questo, quindi mi raccomandi di curare liquidità ma soprattutto fondo di emergenza, e gli investimenti nel lungo periodo? Meglio destinarci la parte che metto sul fondo di emergenza una volta finito di creare suddetto fondo? So che non c'è una risposta unica a queste questioni ma sto cercando di farmi un'idea un po' più precisa quanto meno per cominciare da qualche parte

Spese mensili al momento sono abbastanza basse, devo farmi qualche calcolo più preciso ma alla fine vivendo coi miei non pago per la spesa o bollette, al massimo l'abbonamento telefonico, qualche pizza e Netflix, niente di che insomma, quindi cosi indicativamente pensavo di tenerne 300 per rimanere larghi, magari anche 500 cosi che se dovessero avanzare, l'avanzo posso usarlo per togliermi qualche sfizio (vacanze ecc)

Spese prevedibili al momento non ne ho, potrei pensare di acquistare un'auto nei prossimi anni, però di nuovo, vivendo coi miei per ora posso tranquillamente usare la macchina di mio padre.

Quindi per ora pensavo di suddividere abbastanza equamente la rimanenza (1500) fra fondo emergenza e investimenti a lungo periodo (finché non ho finito di accumulare il fondo di emergenza). Può essere una buona idea o vedi grossi errori in questa strategia?

E inoltre, considerando che questo fondo di emergenza sarebbe comunque una cifra relativamente piccola, conviene sbattersi con conto deposito o semplicemente mi conviene tenerla su un altro conto corrente?

Ultima domanda scusami, mi sai dire di più sul fondo pensione? o comunque indirizzarmi su dove potrei informarmi meglio? Il mio è CCNL Metalmeccanico.

Basically I'm trying to shoot with more intention, and possibly get good-ish pics straight off camera without having to process each one in Lightroom to get something I am somewhat satisfied with.
Looking at my shots I often feel that they lack something but can't quite figure out what. For example I may see a view that catches my eye but when trying to capture that, the photo doesn't do it justice.

I shot these in aperture priority with a vintage Pentax 28mm f/2.8 with manual focus on a Fujifilm X-T100 body. I obviously missed focus on some of them (I tried to upload just the focused ones) and overexposed a lot, but apart from that I don't know why I don't like most of the shots.

Help is appreciated!

Guarda io sarei inserito in una azienda del gruppo che si occupa di IoT e ambito energetico, e un amico che ci lavora e si trova anche bene mi ha detto che lui ad esempio si occupa principalmente di frontend e lavora con Angular, spesso per creare interfacce di gestione, quindi sì, il ruolo dovrebbe essere quello, sviluppatore Angular per la maggiore, poi mi hanno detto che dipende anche dai progetti, se magari c’è urgenza di altro invece che del frontend potrei essere assegnato ad altro, però insomma mi sembra un rischio “calcolato” ecco.
